Animayo Gran Canaria 2020 is showing its most charitable side in the light of Covid-19 by freezing ticket sales in support of the social situation and allocating direct passes to the festival. The organisers will allocate direct passes to the festival for anyone signing up on the animayo.com website from 20 April and will refund the tickets already purchased.
Important note: Having purchased your subscription or ticket prior to this message does not mean you have reserved a place for the Animayo Gran Canaria 2020 virtual events. Animayo will allocate direct passes to anyone signing up on the website, so once you have asked for the refund of your ticket, you need to register again on the website.

To qualify for the refund, please send an email to animayo@animayo.com before 31 June 2020 stating “request for refund” in the subject line and attaching the following documents: photocopy of your ID and proof of purchase showing the amount paid and ‘Animayo 2020’ as the description. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used to purchase your ticket or, where appropriate, via a bank transfer, in which case we will ask you for the 20 digits of the account number.
